Enjoy Kaua'i with a beautiful, spacious, private ocean view cottage as your home base. You'll feel comfortably at home in this serene neighborhood, just steps from Baby Beach and Whaler's Cove. The open-architecture and spacious kitchen (leading to the lanai and a big backyard) make the cottage airy and light; gives a feeling of being outdoors even while inside.
The cottage is tastefully decorated, with hardwood floors throughout. Flowers and trees surround the cottage, with views of the ocean (even from the master bedroom). There's even a small office -- if you MUST work, a little....

The cottage is also close to several resorts: take a leisurely walk (10-20 minutes) to the Grand Hyatt, Kiahuna Plantation, Marriott Waiohai, and Sheraton. The renown Beach House Restaurant is also in the neighborhood -- about 10-15 minutes (and that's walking!).
    • Ocean is located less than 1 minute away. Beach surface is coarse sand. There are several kiosks (within walking distance) where you can rent snorkel and diving gear at very reasonable rates. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
    • Nearby Attractions: Po'ipu Beach Park, less than five minutes drive. Spouting Horn, five minutes drive. Botanical Gardens, five minutes drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
    The $300 security deposit is in addition to our rent plus tax amount since this deposit is returned to you, minus the $150 outcleaning fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 16.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
