Although near Kauai's most popular resort area, Poipu, the location is great since it is in a local residential neighborhood. It is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Garden Island of Kauai. Fruit trees, papaya, avocado, coconut, etc., and flowers, Birds of Paradise, Hibiscus, Halyconia, etc., are abundant.

There is also a Ping Pong table set up in the garage. Beach items such as beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, ice boxes, and more are available. The rent is due 60 days in advance. A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded.
