As Maui residents, my wife and I can truly say there is no better place to live or vacation than Maui Banyan. We bought our condo with a long term goal in mind... retirement later but fun now. We shopped countless others all over Maui until finding the Banyan. Once we did we waited until the perfect condo was available.
We are literally less than 90 feet from Kamaole Beach 2, a four minute walk to the tennis court, a three minute walk to one of the private pools and a seven minute walk to the gardens and the Shops of Wailea are just a short eight minute drive away.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
