Our unit is located on the 4 floor, Lanai has panoramic view of the ocean and beautiful sunset with 2 elevators. Our living room, kitchen and master bedroom also have view of the Ocean. Free DSL internet connection and unlimited use. This beach front location is just steps from the white sand beaches of Kihei, on Maui's south shore. This resort condo in Kihei is perfect for honeymooners or group of four that want a large, 1 bedroom Maui condo. Quiet but still with all the south shore attractions and amusement. Wonderful, and affordable location.

Kihei Mall is less than ten minutes away. Shops, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts and many of Maui's scenic attractions a short drive away.
There are 5 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Property is a beach front property. Property is near a ocean. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby.
Cancellation 1 days (or more) prior to arrival 20 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. No changes allowed WITHIN 60 DAYS of your ARRIVAL (ie: can't change the number of guests charged, etc.)
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee.
