This unit is a quiet end unit with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. With floor to ceiling windows in the living room, the mountain views fill the room. The Aloha Lanis is right in the middle of Waikiki a short 3 blocks from the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Since this unit is 30 floors up it is very quiet at night for this location.

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
