More Information

Unit is on 20th floor of 38 floor high rise. Mountain view. Laundry facility on same floor as apartment. Parking is not included in the rental, but may be available. Please contact Owner in advance of your arrival if you require parking. The building has 24-hour security. No hotel services included with the rental. Very cold silent central air conditioning. Full kitchen with 14 linear feet of counter space.

Honolulu International Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. There are multiple ways to get to Waikiki--Shuttle buses at the airport are usually the most economical. Taxi service will cost about $35.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. Golf course within walking distance. Ala Wai Golf Course, 404 Kapahulu Avenue Honolulu, Hawaii 96815. Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walking distance to shops, Waikiki's international shopping center, Kapiolani park, Diamond Head, and a very short walk to world famous Waikiki beach.
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Short walk to beach. Unit has a beautiful panoramic views of the Ala Wai canal, Golf course, and Koolau mountain range. Kuhio beach, which is the best of the Waikiki beaches, is only 2 blocks away. Kuhio beach was the recipient of significant upgrades courtesy of the good taxpayers of Honolulu within the past couple of years and it is truly beautiful. We even imported new sand! All new sidewalks, new fountains.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

A $300 reservation deposit (which is separate from the OWNER DIRECT charges and must be made on a major credit card) is required to confirm booking and it may be applied to the total rent due at the owner's discretion within the parameters defined by the owner's Rental Agreement. As there is no cleaning fee assessed on the property, we expect the apartment will be returned to us in the same condition it was rented (except we'll do the laundry). If you desire we can hire a cleaning service at the then current rate. 4% banking fee for credit card. We can provide a prepaid cell phone for your use while on Oahu at a cost of $20 per 100 minutes (or portion thereof) of usage; a deposit is required to secure the cell phone and charger. Broadband Internet is available; a charge may apply and a deposit is required to secure the modem.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $45/week.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
