    Ceiling fan. There are no laundry facilities on site. There are several laundromats near by. We are located minutes from Kailua Beach, Kawainui Marsh and Kaneohe Bay. Kailua bay is perfect for swimming, windsurfing, kite surfing, boogie boarding, and kayaking.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses that are a short (10 minute) drive away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Kailua town is one and a half miles away. There is a large grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants about one mile away.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Kailua beach is about 1 mile (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive) away. The studio has a view of a tropical garden. The studio is located on the Kawainui canal in Kailua. A 20 minute paddle down the canal takes you to Kailua Bay. Kailua beach is about 1 mile away (20 minute walk down a lovely, palm tree lined street). Kailua beach park (has a large parking lot, life guards, snack bar, rest rooms and showers) is about two and a half miles away. Both Kailua beach park and Lanikai beach are a short drive away. Everything you need for the beach is provided.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Personal checks accepted for deposit only if received 30 days prior to arrival date. Postal money order is preferred for deposit. Balance is due upon arrival in cash or travellers checks only.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
