Located on the North Shore of Oahu and steps to Waimea Bay Beach. Our rental is located in an quiet neighborhood. A short walk away is a wonderful secluded ocean sanctuary with spectacular ocean views. If you would like a little company world famous Waimea Bay is very close. Our unit has a partial ocean view, where you can relax listening to the ocean surf.
We offer accommodations for a traveling family. A fully equipped kitchen includes: ice maker, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, and a outdoor gas BBQ. Our neighborhood has little foot traffic and is safe/secure.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
