• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are a number of golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). 1-2 hours drive
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk
• The lake is 30 minutes walk down new single track road.
The Sea is 20-25 minutes by car.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 35.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
