Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Privately located down a long hall from the living room and kitchen. Two windows, one with view of historic Galata Tower, the other has a city view.

Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Incredible view of Sultanahmet, the Bosphorus and much more from this room. Bed is on one end of a long salon and has one long wall of windows with a view. Can be shut off from rest of salon for privacy. This bed has a cover and cushions which allow it when not in use as a bedroom, to be a large roomy seating area...a sultan's couch if you like.

Living Room

1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). Sleeper couch on the opposite end of a long living room. Has windows with a view to the Bosphorus.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

Nearly 360 degrees! Water views include Marmara Sea and the Bosphorus with the Maiden Tower, the Bosphorus Bridge, and numerous ships. Topkapi Palace is front and center, as are numerous enchanting mosques. And then there's one of Istanbul's most well known icons, the Galata Tower.

Ataturk Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Drive time depends on the traffic - 20 minutes to one hour.
Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. There are many public transport options nearby. The tram is just down the hill. You can walk across Galata Bridge to the old city, or in the opposite direction up pedestrian only Istiklal Avenue. You can take a bus or taxi. Ferries are also down the hill, about a 10 minute walk at most. The cross street is Gallepide Cadessi. It is two blocks from Galata Tower. It is a 5 min walk to the tram and a 5 to 10 minute ride by tram to Sultanahmet. The main pedestrian street in Beyoglu is a 10 min walk.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Incredible shopping, sightseeing, and dining as close as a 5 minute walk. Tunel and Karikoy are 10 minutes away for more shopping, restaurants, fish market,as well as underground shopping.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 per day for 2 people, $45 per day for 4+.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
