Ataturk Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Take taxi or Havas bus. Or let our driver meet you at the airport and drive you directly to your home in Istanbul.(extra fee)
Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Metro. There are several public transportation options nearby. Taxis are inexpensive in Turkey and they pass by this flat frequently. A five minute walk downhill will take you to the tram which can take you to Sultanahmet in minutes or in the opposite direction to Taksim Square in 10 min. At the bottom of the hill is Karakoy where you can hop on a ferry to Sultanahmet or for a tour down the Bosphorus.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). The area is filled with kabob shops and restaurants.
River is located within a 5 minute(s) walk.
Nearby Attractions: Bosphorus, Galata Bridge, Walk along waterfront, fish market of Karakoy just down the hill. Up the hill is Istanbul's best dining in Tunel area. Historical area. Full of Turkish flavor. A "real" neighborhood close to tourist attractions (Galata Tower is one block away! and Sultanahmet is a five min. tram ride) For those who which to live in an authentic neighborhood as opposed to a tourist trap.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30 per day.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
