1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The flat has side by side two bedrooms . The main bedroom has a king size double bed, a library and a cupboard . ( approx. capacity 20 suits, 20 shirts, 10 sweaters, 50 t-shirts. Sure you can make different combinations)

Living Room

1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). Large living room designed to be both modern and stylish. 8 people can easily sit. There you will have a double sofa bed, cable T.V.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

All rooms are big, with large windows, all windows look to the street and have a nice view. All windows have triple glass, so, it is very quiet and warm.

More Information

Apartment is located in a prestigious residential district called Atasehir. The area is gated with 24 hour private security and coded lock on the entrance door. The apartment has elevator, alarm system and independent generator. The flat is all furnished, equipped and beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Every space used effectively. All rooms are big, with large windows, all windows look to the street and have a nice view. All windows have triple glass, so, it is very quiet and warm. All major channels are available in our Cable T.V.

45 km to Ataturk Airport and 20 km to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. 10 km to Bostanci Train Station.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). It will take half an hour by car.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Everything is within walking distance (shopping centers, many great restaurants, bars, hospital, beauty salons etc.)
There is a dock. Flat is just 10 km to seaside. The Caddebostan Beach is a popular destination of Istanbulians especially on weekends. The Caddebostan beach provides changing rooms, toilets, showers, chaises longues and kiosks selling food and beverages. There is no charge for entry. The beach has 10 maintenance workers, 10 security guards and two lifeguards with rescue boats. A display panel will provide daily information on the water and weather. (Just 15 minutes away)

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
We must be notified of the cancellation at least 28 days prior to the arrival date. A cancellation fee of $50 shall apply. If, for any reason, a cancellation is made within the 28 days prior to arrival, the reservation will be cancelled but a cancellation fee of $75 shall apply. This fee will be waived if unit is re-booked for the full period of the original reservation.

Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
