1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Large airy room with many windows, desk, separate seating area with table and chairs, beautiful views, sunrise orientation. Is next to living room and can be shut off from main living area making it very private. 1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Beautiful, cozy room with large bed, and tons of floor to ceiling covered storage. Quiet, next to bathroom. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very cute bedroom, small and cozy, next to bathroom. With TV. Wood floors. 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1) and 2 Single Couches (sleeps 2). Room is airy and large and has magnificent views. Nice television, art on the walls. Very classy, yet cozy.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Views are outstanding...Ranging from Sultanahmet, across the Bosphorus to the Asian side, all the way to your left and beyond where the Bosphorus Bridge spans the strait. You can also look down to the waterfront and see the Dalmache Palace, various mosques, and nightly fireworks over the bridge.

• Ataturk Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. The drive depends on time of day. It can take from 30 minutes to one hour.
• Transit: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. There are many ways to get around Istanbul...taxis are extremely affordable, and they will come direct to the flat or you can walk to where they congregate less than 5 minutes away. Bus stop nearby. Short taxi drive to tram and subway. But best of all is that this is a walking neighborhood...you can get just about anywhere on foot and get to know the neighbors, and see much more than you would from inside a vehicle. The people are absolutely wonderful and you will be entirely safe.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). Many short flights from Ataturk Airport to Mt. Olympus area where you can both ski and hit the beach in one day.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Neighborhood restaurants and shopping are 5 minutes walk away...The center of Istanbul's shopping/restaurant district (Taksim) is about a 15 minute delightful walk away.
• Ocean is located within a 10 minute(s) walk.
• Nearby Attractions: A magnificent city with too many attractions to name but here are a few: cafe culture and shopping of this neighborhood called Cihangir are minutes away. 15th century Galeta Tower is a five minute taxi drive away or 15 minute walk. For amazing, bustling, charming nightlife and bustling shopping day life, head to Taksim. For the most beautiful mosques in the world (and there is one almost next door to the apartment with a beautiful park with benches for watching the ships and waterfront views) take a 10 minute taxi ride or 25 minute walk to Sultanahmet - IStanbul's "Old City". It has all kinds of ancient monuments, and oh yes, the largest outdoor bazaar in the world - The Grand Bazaar. Adjacent to the Grand Bazaar is the Egyptian Spice Market. The are historic Turkish baths in Sultanahmet too. Although if you want the more traditional (i.e. less historical/touristy) Turkish bath, they are scattered throughout the city including the neighborhood where the flat is located. There are Bosphorus waterfront restaurants and shopping bazaars all along the Bosphorus...also places to picnic and fish...all of this is a short, inexpensive taxi ride away. 10 minute drive to the Hilton.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Damage deposit (generally $500 but is discussed with owner during the grace period) and reservation fee are the same and due in order to book. Rent is in addition to deposit and due on arrival. Damage deposit will be returned upon check out assuming no damages.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 additional deposit per week will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
