PLEASE NOTE: Base rate is for 2 occupants in 1 bedroom. Extra person charge reflects extra occupants and extra bedroom requirements. Bedrooms not in use will remain empty and are locked off (guest has exclusive use of home).

Please see the special weekly rates for the costs of renting the unit with more then one bedroom. Holiday rentals - the minimum stay is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

The view to the south is directly to the golf course, and the view of the swimming pool is to the surrounding mountains.

More Information

It is a lovely comfortable vacation house decorated in traditional mexican style. Includes: Hotel service, maid (everyday), organic coffe every morning, and a welcoming drink. IMPORTANT: Clients don´t share the house. Even if it´s only one room.

Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). You can take a 10 minutes walk or take a bus or taxi.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The complex is a 10 minutes walk to the Ixtapa shoping center There are buses that take you in to the Ixtapa shoping center in 3 minutes. A bus or a taxi can take you to Zihuatanejo town in 10 minutes.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The closest beach "El Palmar" known as the Ixtapa beach is only 10 minutes walk but you can also take a bus for 3 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
