1 King Bed. Ocean view and large covered terrace with furniture. 2 Single/Twin Beds. Large bedroom with partial ocean view and terrace, includes 2 chairs and table. There is space to add a cot. 3 Single/Twin Beds. 2 beds are adjacent to one another, the 3rd one is decorated as a sofa. 1 Single/Twin Futon Bed. This is the maid's bedroom, and includes a bathroom with shower.

• Ixtapa - Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH) is a 30 minute taxi ride.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Palma Real Golf Club was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The manicured rolling fairways run through a jungle and coconut plantation to the Pacific Ocean at Playa Palmar. This 6898 yard, par 72 course is also a wildlife preserve with many species of birds and three large lakes populated by alligators. Marina Ixtapa Golf Club is 6807 yard,18 hole, par 72 course at Marina Ixtapa was designed by Robert Von Hagge in 1994 to test players at all levels of skill.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The walk and transit to or from the nearest shopping and dining is less than 20 minutes. Ixtapa's shopping is located principally in a series of small malls across the boulevard from the large beachfront hotels on Playa del Palmar and between the two golf courses. The Marina Plaza is another small mall located at the Ixtapa Marina.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Don Rodrigo Beach is 5 minutes walking within the Punta Ixtapa complex.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
