• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The drive to the nearest golf course is about 2 to 3 minutes
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). One of the areas finest restaurants is across the street. Other shopping and dining is as close as a 2 minute car/cab ride.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The unit has a terrific view of the ocean. Walking time to the public acces to the beach is 15 minutes, driving time is about 2 to 3 minutes. The unit overlooks the Pacific OCean, the beach is close by.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
