A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Reservation is confirmed when payment is received.
A rental agreement will be sent to you when the 50% deposit is received.
The balance is due 31 days prior to arrival.
If the balance is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.
On last minute reservations, check must be cleared before your departure from the Villa.
Cancellation received 31 days or more, prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of the total deposit, minus a $50.00 USD which is a refund commission.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire rental amount, unless we are able to re-rent the house (minus the $50.00 USD refund commission).
