Parking Provided: 2 Outdoor. Snackbar at poolside open every day 9 am to 8 pm, serving delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They will prepare special requests if you give them 24 hour notice, or cook your catch should you go deep sea fishing while in Ixtapa.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Entire second floor is master suite with tub/shower/toilet seperate, two sinks and closet in dressing area. Large sliding door to deck, views of ocean, beautiful landscaping. Queen bed with two nightstands, dresser with mirror above.

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). Bunk bed with double below and single above. Located on first floor of unit (3rd floor of complex). This floor includes the kitchen, full bath, and living room.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

From either floor you look out over beautifully landscaped gardens, with a view of the ocean beyond. Wonderful sunsets from the decks, and you can hear the ocean from your room.

Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Beautiful golf course just a short walk away.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Two minute walk to restaurants and shops at marina. Bus and taxi available there, too. Five minute ride to downtown Ixtapa, fifteen minutes to Zihuatanejo. Casual to 5-star dining and shopping in both towns.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
