This charming and stylish property offers the benefits of rural peace and breathtaking views, yet is just a short stroll into the Moorish 'pueblo blanco' of Iznate and a short drive to several lively Mediterranean coastal resorts. Previously a working farmhouse, it has been renovated into a well equipped, air-conditioned holiday home with its own private swimming pool and generous terraces. The lovely village of Iznate is well served with tapas bars, mini markets and other small shops, and the nearest restaurant is less than a 5 minute walk from the finca. There is also a nearby tennis court available for the use of guests, so if you want some exercise don't forget to bring your tennis racquets. The house and pool enjoy almost 360° views across the Iznate valley to the Sierra Tejeda and the Montes de Málaga. Parking. Private swimming pool (8 x 4m, depth 1.2 - 1.8m), available all year.. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
