This is a small apartment, 100 sq m, having a wonderful direct view of the sea, it is situated in front of the sea, separated from sand by a private shared garden.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Many transit possibilities to Venice via Punta Sabbioni every 30 minutes (one way bus and boat arrival through the lagoon in one hour in St. Mark's Square); to the central bus station every 20 minutes.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). We have a very nice pizzeria "Mille Luci" at about 2 minutes walk; in front of it there is the "Al giardinetto",neapolitan restaurant, the main road has about 100 different restaurants, pizzerias, coffee bar and many different shops, you can walk for 15 Km only by foot in the evening, or transit by car during the day
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby, Row Boat and Windsurfer.
• Nearby Attractions: Tennis three minutes walk. Aquafun 5 minutes drive. Golf less than 5 minutes drive. Luna Park 10 minutes drive (by traffic).
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30 Euros.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
