This exceptional country house is surrounded by lush, semi-tropical gardens set in a spectacular setting on the Hozgarganta River on the edge of the Alcornaocales Natural Park, which is a paraidise for bird watchers. La Fuente Vieja is a beautiful and cheerful home, tastefully and comfortably furnished, filled with rustic antiques, authentic paintings and other interesting memorabilia. There is a large comfortable living room with stunning Catalan vaulted celling, a bar and several dining areas. An open plan kitchen leads to a spacious pantry, which gives access to a natural spring and barbecue area. Open sided stairs lead up to a book lined landing, three comfortable bedrooms and a flower filled balcony over-looking the river. Only a short walk away, Jimena is a traditional white village with a Roman and Moorish castle, and many traditional tapas bars and restaurants. La Fuente Vieja is perfectly situated for day trips to Seville, Jerez, Arcos and Ronda and along the coast you can visit Sotogrande, Marbella, Gibraltar, Tarifa and Cadiz, and can be easily reached from both Gibraltar and Malaga airports. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
