The kitchen/diner is very spacious and has been recently refurbished with new oak units, granite works surfaces, ceramic floor tiles and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and a wide range of store cupboard staple foods herbs and spices etc.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated in pale green with an obscured glass door onto a small balcony overlooking the road beneath. There is a double pine wardrobe, large pine chest of drawers and 2 bedside cupboards with reading lamps. There are plenty of new pillows and extra bedding is available as well as a mosquito net for the bed if you require one. There are also 2 wall heaters for the winter months.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has a chest of drawers and a single wardrobe. There is also a bedside cupboard, 2 reading lamps and a wall heater. There is a shuttered window to the rear of the house looking onto the upper sun terrace.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). The single room has a small, 3 drawer chest and a small set of wall mounted shelves with a selection of books. There is a reading lamp and a window to the sun terrace. There is also a wall heater.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Our mountain-top village house enjoys views over Europe’s largest national forest and down over the village awash with a sea of white and terracotta.

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

A £50 booking fee reserves your dates. The balance is paid 4 weeks before you arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
