Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. You will receive an 80% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of local rate US$25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
