• Unit is located on the South West side of the island adjoining the tranquil turquoise waters of The Caribbean Sea. Conveniently reached by a 15 minute ($22.00 - £12.00) taxi ride from the airport and only 10 minutes ($16.00 - £8.50) from the islands charming capital of St John's.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Jolly Harbour features an 18 hole, par 71 championship course designed by leading golf course architect, Karl Litton of Florida. The golf course is located adjacent to the Super Yacht Terminal and is set in tropical parkland. Easterly breezes cool you on sculpted green fairways with seven challenging lakes .The club includes a clubhouse with pro shop, bar, restaurant and locker room and is open to the general public and visitors on a daily fee basis. Weekly specials are also available.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The shopping centre is located in the centre of the resort and is the hub of the resort's activity, day and night. The stores all have a view of the marina waterfront and the tropical gardens. This area offers restaurants to relax in and to observe the daily activities within the harbour and on the incoming vessels. Conveniently, there are several provisioning stores including a gourmet supermarket for stocking up your villa or yacht's necessities. The world famous Nelsons Dockyard and English Harbour with varied shopping opportunities are all just a short drive away, as is the historic Shirley Heights.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. This two-storey, two bedroom waterfront villa takes advantage of breathtaking beach and marina views, the nearest white sandy unspoiled beach being only 400 metres away! For the perfect relaxing evenings why not step down to your own private mooring. Enjoy the clear night skies as the Caribbean waters from the natural harbour gently lap at your feet. The beach is less than 400m from the villa. Water sports equipment is readily available at a small cost. This includes jet ski's, kayaks, canoes, hobi cats and water bikes.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
