Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
The payment by Pay-Pal must be done in Euros, with a surcharge of 3 %. Cheques are not accepted.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
