JUPITER OCEAN RACQUET CLUB / MINUTES TO BEACH

This condo has 18" Saturnia marble imported from Italy throughout including the patio. You will be dining on a 3'x 5' piece of granite from China which seats four comfortably. There is also extra seating at the bar area. Relax on the 7' plush sofa watching the 32" television or kickback with a book on what we call the Papa chair (chaise lounge). The bedroom is carpeted with shag Berber carpet and has a king bed, chest, dresser, 20" TV with cable and full length mirror slider closet. The bathroom has imported Italian marble from floor to ceiling with crown molding.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
25% booking deposit of total lease is required to complete the booking. Cancellations – contact owner for more details. Security deposit is refunded after departure, inspection of unit, and receipt of utility bill. (Other info will be provided)

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 10 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
