Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 6 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250.00 will apply. A fee of non-refundable will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
