10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Diners Club - Western Union
We accept MasterCard and Visa on our on-line secure internet payment form, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club and American Express by fax and by phone. We also accept payments by Paypal, Moneybookers, bank transfer and Western Union.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 1:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 3.50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
