    Distances
    • Yes you do want to fly into Kahalui Airport (OGG) which is about 28 miles away and about 45 minutes without traffic. There is another small airport in Kapalua which is closer but very small and only takes inter-island flights. Airfare to Maui during the peak months (Summer/Holiday) runs higher than other times of the year.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Our unit overlooks the 17th fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Just a short 5-10 minute stroll to the famous Whaler's Village for great shopping and dining. Our favorite restaurant is Hula Grill. There is also ABC Store for toiletries and some basic food staples.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. Just a short 5-10 minute stroll to the world famous Kaanapali Beach. We also have some sand toys for the little ones to use at the beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Until confirmed, rates and availability are subject to change without notice. Terms and Cancellation Policy for Christmas and Extended Stays: · 50% payment (non-refundable) is required to confirm your reservation. · The balance + $500 security deposit is required 90 days prior to check-in. · No refunds.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
