• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Kona Golf Course is a 10 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Close to restaurants shopping and the night life. Unit is located at Leilani Street and Lako Rd.
• Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and boat lift. The beach is located accross the street in the Kona Bali Kai Resort Oceanfront complex. 3 Private Sandy Beaches with basking sea turtles.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union
There is a 3% booking fee if you choose to pay the owner with paypal.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
