50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

All credit card payments are processed through paypal.com

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
