    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club
    $1000 locks in your reservation. The remaining 50% is charged 120 and 60 days before check-in date.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Aloha Baby Rentals.808-326-1700from.
    • Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30/ hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
