Oceanfront, Private, Fully Equipped and Tropical. This unit is so close to the ocean, you can watch the spinner dolphins right from your lanai, while you have breakfast. The unit is very private, all you hear is the sound of the crashing surf! Master bedroom and living room are both oceanfront, which is a direct view of nothing except water. It is the TOP FLOOR, in a 4 story building, but no worries, there is an elevator! Private master suite has step in shower, with glass blocks. Stay in a condo taken care of with lots of TLC. |

1 King Bed. Spacious Cal King, (new mattress), with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to your lanai, which is oceanfront.

2 Single/Twin Beds. Great reading light too, view of hills with lights at night, and 20" cable tv provided for your enjoyment.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View is directly to the OCEANFRONT with 180 degree view. Lanai is 200 sq.ft. across the masterbedroom and living room, with views of the waves crashing and the sunsets. A very private setting.

Th unit is 11 miles from Keahole Airport, only 2.5 miles from downtown Kailua-Kona with restaurants and shops. • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is wonderful snorkeling nearby, and beaches. Tide pools out back, as well as endangered sea turtles living in the lagoon below, you can count on seeing these beautiful creatures daily from your private lanai. Eat breakfast and watch them play! Volcano National Park is 99 miles. There are great surfing conditions, but swimming is only for the VERY ABLE. Because of extensive high surf (especially winter), swimming and snorkeling is safest down the road about 1.5 miles. • Nearby Attractions: Wonderful farmer's markets; arts and craft markets, sunsets, and TURTLES!
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
There is a $25 USD fee to pay by wire transfer. Guests will be responsible for any additional transfer fees. There is a 5% fee to use paypal. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
