1 Queen Bed. Queen bed is 4poster bamboo, brought in from Bali.......has mombassa netting over the top, all new, including mattress, and is on the ocean, with lanai directly off the bedroom. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors across the water.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View is direct oceanfront, 180 degree view. Lanai is 200 sq.ft. across the master bedroom and living room.

Unit also has 2 alarm clocks, and local phone calls are free. High Speed Cable Internet in Unit for free. Barbecues are on the ocean and available for your use. Oceanfront, your living room, kitchen, master bedroom all look directly at the water. Decorated with lots of KOA wood, and turtle items. Ceiling fans and floor to ceiling glass sliding doors with screens, keep you cool with ocean breezes. Sleep listening to the sound of waves.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
There is a $25 USD fee to pay by wire transfer. Guests will be responsible for any additional transfer fees. There is a 5% fee to use paypal.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
