Spectacular 180 degree view of the ocean. From the large lanai you will see locals riding the waves on surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks, and long boards! Many guests have seen whales and dolphins and for sure you will see sea turtles - just watch for those flippers and noses popping out of the water.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
$500 deposit to hold Reservation. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: All but $200 refunded if 60 days before reservation. After 60 days only days that are rebooked are refunded less $200.
Less than 7 nights will be considered on a case by case basis.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
