Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
