Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Kona Country Club golf course is located approximately an 8 minute drive away from the complex, and has 36 championship holes, pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. There are other golf courses to the north, and a course at the Volcano Golf and Country Club, which at 4,000 feet is the highest course in Hawaii.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Oceanfront. Located on Ali'i Drive, midway between plentiful shopping and dining in Kailua, and the Keauhou Shopping Centre (which has a total of 40 stores and restaurants, including a large grocerie store, and a cinema). The restaurant located nearest the complex is 'Jameson's by the Sea', a fine dining restaurant which is a mile and a half away.
• The nearest beach is White Sand Beach Park (a.k.a Magic Sands), approximately a 10 minute walk. Slightly further is Kahalu'u Beach Park, a renowned snorkling beach. This is popular spot to surf and snorkle; it is frequented by turtles, and has a sheltered access for novice snorkelers. A large sandy beach can be found at Hapuna State Park, a 55 minute drive north on Hwy 19. It is almost 700 yards long. During good weather the swimming is good and life guards are on duty.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

All reservations subject to a 20% (twenty percent) cancellation fee

• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
