    This complex has it all! It sets far off of the road for peace and quiet. It has gorgeous gardens, pools, and beaches. There are two pools, saltwater and freshwater. Built in BBQ's at oceans edge under Entertaining Pavillion.Central airconditioning. Sliding door on private lanai offers ground floor convenience and a spacious living area. Tiki torches burn at night for your entertaining pleasures. This is a very upscale complex. It is about a 20 minute walk to Kailua village center, which has many shops and restaurants. Easy drive to major golf courses. Two and a quarter hour drive to an Volcanoes National Park. Costco, Kmart, WalMart, and many grocery stores are located nearby. There is a convenience store located on the property!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    A visa/MC is necessary as a security retainer.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
