Tv in bedroom with dvd and cable and movies for guest use. Large windows for lots of light! Open the window and hear the ocean! Brand new tile throughout. This condo is clean, clean, clean!!

1 Queen Futon Bed. Brand new, top quality,Queen sized sofa/sleeper. High quality sheets and bedding for guest use.

There are two pools, saltwater and freshwater. Built in BBQ's at oceans edge under Entertaining Pavillion.Central airconditioning. Sliding door on private lanai offers ground floor convenience and a spacious living area. Tiki torches burn at night for your entertaining pleasures. This is a very upscale complex. It is about a 20 minute walk to Kailua village center, which has many shops and restaurants. Easy drive to major golf courses. Two and a quarter hour drive to an Volcanoes National Park. Costco, Kmart, WalMart, and many grocery stores are located nearby. There is a convenience store located on the property!
