    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

    Visa or M/C is required for security retainer.

    • No smoking is allowed.

    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
