There is an oceanfront bar-b-que and sandy beach for lounging. There are two oceanfront pools (one freshwater and one saltwater.)

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are many golf courses in Kona. We can provide a list upon request.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The complex is a 1 1/2 mile walk into the Village. There is shuttle service on Alii Drive from the Village to the shopping center at Keahou.
• Beach surface is coarse sand. Although the view from the unit is the ocean, the best swimming beach is approximately 1 mile south, or in the Village 1 1/2 mile north. The beach is protected from the surf by large lava rocks. It is for lounging not swimming. There is swimming off the rocks, but only for the experienced snorkel or scuba diver. The surf can be exciting.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
