The architecture and interior decorating are designed to provide Hawaiian ambiance for a luxury vacation. This home has koa wood throughout, tropical scenes etched in window panes, inlaid tile turtle in the entrance, huge copulas, and bamboo trim. The pool is adjacent to the lanai and decorated with tropical fish and dolphins.

Payment Details
40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque It is recommended you obtain travel insurance from a travel agent in case there is an unavoidable change in your plans. If you cancel and we can fill the time space you have reserved, all of your payments will be returned. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pencan be provided. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
