    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are many shops and restaurants close to the complex. There is a shuttle service on Alii Drive that will take you to the shopping center at Keahou.
    • Beach surface is coarse sand. The unit is truly ocean front. There is a private beach, with palm trees for sun tanning, ideal for watching dolphins and whales. There is also a swimming pool and BBQ area on the grounds for your enjoyment. Famous beaches for swimming and snorkeling are about 1 mile south of the complex. The beach is private, naturally beautiful, perfect for lounging under the huge palm trees. Ideal for whale and dolphin watching in the early morning, BBQ and dine next to the waters edge in this tropical paradise. For the romantics the evening sunsets are truly magnificent, this is Hawaii at its best.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
