Relax & rejuvenate at our oceanview townhome at Keauhou Resort. Keauhou Resort is short drive just south of Kailua-Kona. This small complex is nestled among 5 acres of tropcial gardens. Enjoy a tranquil afternoon relaxing at one of the two completely remodeled swimming pools.
The townhouse has been completely remodeled. All furniture & appliances have been upgraded. Off the living area, is an oceanview lanai. A screened lanai is off the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin day bed. The bathroom has been completely renovated with a full size washer & dryer.

    • Keauhou Bay is located less than a 10 minute walk from the unit. This unit has 2 lanais with oceanview. Relax, enjoy your morning coffee, and watch the cruise ships. Kahalu'u Beach is a short three minute drive away! Snorkel with the turtles and tropical fish. Hapuna Beach, a white sand beach in Kohala, is located approximately 45 minutes north of Kailua-Kona. This beach is great for relaxing in the sun. This is a great spot to whale watch, in season.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Cancellation, after the deposit is received, is subject to a $75 cancellation fee. During Christmas and Ironman Triathalon, cancellation must be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
