Kitchen has a small kitchen table for two and is equipped with the usual utensils for cooking and baking.

This unit is in a quiet gated community and is only seven years old. The condo has a large fenced lanai with outdoor dining and beautiful ocean view. The complex has a lovely pool area with waterfall, jacuzzi, barbeque and picnic area, and small fitness center. This unit is centrally located on the sunny side of the Island near a variety of activities. It is a two hour and fifteen minute drive to Volcano National Park and Akaka Falls.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. The Kona Country Club golf course has two championship courses; the Ocean Course and the Mountain Course. There is a pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. This golf club is approximately five miles from the condo. The Big Island Country Club has a challenging Pete Dye course and is located approximately a twenty minute drive from Kona. There are 16 public golf courses within a 50 mile radius.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Approximately one mile from downtown quaint Kailua-Kona. There you will find lots of shops, restaurants with waterfront dining, water activities, farmers market, museum, reefs, and grocery stores. Close by there is also a small mall with a movie theater. Going south 2-5 miles you will find several choices for waterfront dining and Keauhou Shopping Center which also has a movie theater, grocery store, shops and fun activities such as craft lessons for making a Hawaiian Lei and Hula shows. Within a 15 minute drive you can find other things you might need such as Kona Natural foods, Wal-Mart, Costco, Borders and Blockbuster Videos.
• Beach is located within a 4 minute(s) drive. Complex is across the street from the ocean and just minutes from several great beaches. Near Magic Sands Beach and Kahaluu Beach Park. Kahaluu is fantastic for snorkeling and swimming with the Green Sea Turtles. You can buy lunch or rent gear on the beach or just relax under a palm tree. It's only four miles from the condo! Magic sands is only five minutes away and has great waves for boogie boarding and surfing. Forty minutes south is a great snorkeling spot near the National Park, The Place of Refuge at Honaunau Bay. Dolphins often visit this bay and you can see them swim while snorkeling or diving. It's amazing to watch them swim below you! Also within driving distance you can visit beautiful white sand, black sand or green sand beaches!
