• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located across from the Kona Country Club Golf Course, which has two championship golf courses. It is a 36-hole layout featuring the Ocean Golf Course and Ali'i (Royal) Golf Course.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The complex is a 7 mile drive to Kailua-Kona town. The Keauhou Shopping Center is located a ten minute drive away. There are interesting shops, restaurants, a large super market, cinema, banks, medical clinic, drugstore, post office, gas station and a Wendy's with the best view you can imagine.
• Located with oceanviews. Public access beaches are throughout the area. A five minute drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park; a great snorkeling beach (you can rent snorkeling equipment right on the beach). Green sea turtles can sometimes be seen resting on the sand at dusk. A large sandy beach can be found at Hapuna State Park, a 55 minute drive north on Hwy 19. It is almost 700 yards long. During good weather the swimming is good and life guards are on duty.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

All reservations subject to a 20% (twenty percent) cancellation fee

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
