    You have a full Ocean view from your spacious livingroom, master bedroom and kitchen. Watch sea turtles swimming by, whales and dolphins plus magnificent sunsets. You can also watch the surfers at the surfing break in the distance. Listen to the mesmorizing sound of the waves. This top floor apartment has a lovely balcony and the building is secure and made of concrete.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are many fine restaurant within 2 miles or less. The Keauhou shopping center is about 2 miles South. There you can also find may Restaurants, Stores, Movie Theatre and other services.
    • Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is coarse sand. Absolute Ocean front and next to intimate beach with clear warm water. Beach chairs and Beach towels are in the unit
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    There will be a $75.00 cancellation fee deducted from your refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $ 50.00 ( bedding, towels, vacuumed, dusted, trush may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
