    • Kona International Airport is about 7 miles north; about 25 minutes by car.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are many Golf Courses about 6 miles south, in the Keauhou Resort area. There also are many golf courses in Waikoloa (north on the island, about 30 minutes by car).
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This building is in town. You do not need a car to enjoy shopping, dining, and many activities.
    • Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is sand and rocks. This unit has an oceanfront view, with scenic Alii Drive in between the complex and oceanside. There are many lovely beaches along Alii Drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
