    Awesome views of ocean and sunsets! Every night is a different show, even saw the famous green flash. House is situated on slopes of Hualalai volcano at 1500 feet. Nothing obstructs the view.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card
    $100 is required for the booking, 50% of the rent is required 60 days in advance. Balance of rent is due 30 days in advance
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
