This lovely ground floor unit was recently refurbished, with all new appliances, flooring and furniture. It has a very nice ocean view, and is is just two blocks to Kailua-Kona. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer right in the unit. The Kona Reef is one of the more popular destinations because of its close proximity to town, and the oceanfront pool and spa. The nice oceanfront barbecue area is also popular. From the lanai you are just steps away from the water. Free DSL and Free long distance to US Mainland and Canada is included.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of varies with level of service.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
