This lovely top floor unit has just been completely refurbished in the summer of 2006, with all new appliances, counters, flooring and furniture. It has a nice ocean view, and is is just two blocks to Kailua-Kona. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer right in the unit. The Kona Reef is one of the more popular destinations because of its close proximity to town, and the oceanfront pool and spa. The nice oceanfront barbecue area is also popular. Free DSL and Free long distance to US Mainland and Canada is included.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of varies with level of service.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
